Could you please let me know if there is a way where in if a client if unsatisfied with the response from your support center then whats the next level of escalation. If there is any then could you please assist me in providing me the Email ID. Its really frustrating when your support center without cross checking the complaints with your system just respond with topics from knowledge page. When they responded it was clear they never checked because they started the ticket in a line which means they are not sure or they are confirming with me and have not at all bothered to check the trade details with reference to my query.
