I am facing this issue even in 2017 October. Not resolved in PI. It appears there is no further investment for improving PI.
How was your problem solved? I did re installation of PI. But this is a major irritant.
@Nithin, Are you planning to shutdown PI or put it in coma state. (no new features but in sustainance mode)
