Comment on Installation - Pi

I have windows xp SP3, 32 bit, Installed Pi with .net framework 4 and Msoft VC++ 2008 x86, Msoft VC++ 2010 x86.
But its not working & giving error.
“The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the appication.”
I tried lot of way, reinstall frameowrk 4, VC++ 2008 x86 and VC++ 2010 x86 then tried to install PI,
All apps install successfully but when try to open Pi its giving above mentioned error.
Kindly guide.
