Comment on Zerodha Partner Program - Refer Clients

That’s very true… I’m also an Associate partner of Zerodha. Same thing happening with me….E-mails are never replied..
We have to called them everytime to get information and everytime I call something new rule. Sometimes its about not submitting declaration status. After doing that, then we have do to it through digio. After that we are told that we are not registered as external employee, then tells us to fill google form.

After that I got an email telling me my retention and wallet showing as 0, whereas in crm zerodha portal, it shows I have balance earned.

Though zerodha services are good as a customer, I think I have made a mistake joining as Associate Partner. Zerodha does not bother about their Associate Partner so better just remain a Customer
