Hi Dhiraj,
Not sure why MCA will reject the application. Even the Depositories allow opening Demat accounts for LLPs’s: https://nsdl.co.in/downloadables/pdf/2010-0035-Policy-Procedure-for-opening-depository-account-for-Limited-Liability-Partnership-LLP.pdf
We will need a resolution/ authority Letter that allows for investment in securities market.
