thanks for your reply nithin … nope nithin I am not using multiple platforms or any other program while I use pi…I have 1 mbps internet speed..no connections problems I use a basic configuration laptop HP 1000-1b10AU running windows 10 with 4gm ram …I am thinking if I need to upgrade laptop to higher end laptop it the issue of specifications? I am just confused as rest of the time pi works fine…. 🙁
