pi.exe does not have virus. Norton deletes most of the exe programs as it thinks is a virus. norton blocks most of exe files.
Check the below steps to add the file to exclusion list.
Open Norton, Launch “Settings” from Norton 360 UI -> Click “Antivirus” Link -> Click “Scans and Risks” Tab
Under “Exclusions/Low Risks” you will see “Items to Exclude….” options.
