Comment on Notice under Section 139(9)? - Possible reason

Thanks for the quick reply nithin.
Two add-on questions:
1. What would be the nature of business in ITR 4?
2. From this year onwards, if the intraday trading is only for cash segment, can I file ITR2 instead of ITR4(I dont need to carry forward the loss)?
