Matrimony.com IPO
The initial public offering of Matrimony.com opens on 11 September 2017 and closes on 13 September 2017. The company is issuing shares of face value 5 in the price band of Rs.983 to Rs.985. The issue comprises of a fresh issue of up to 130 crore and OFS up to 3,767,254 equity shares. A discount of Rs.98 per equity will be applicable to retail investors.
